Vertical Machining

We handle a wide range of parts and volumes on small single-spindle and twin-spindle Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) to very large bridge-type machines that handle loads up to 8,000 lbs. The larger VMCs are equipped with an extra pallet and table, allowing virtual “single-minute exchange of parts”, which increases efficiencies and decreases your costs.

Several 5-ton overhead cranes provide safe and reliable material handling for larger parts and tooling. 1-ton jib cranes provide the same careful handling of your smaller parts.

Our in-house tool design capability and custom cell configuration provide cost effective solutions for short and long run production runs. With in-house tool and fixture design, quick turn-around capabilities and the expertise to provide maximum reliability, we can solve most production requirements.
