INSIDE SALES MANAGER
Responsible for managing a group of Inside Sales Representatives to be as effective as possible. In collaboration with Business Development, responsible for the overall sales results and organic growth of the business. Tactical and driving, ensuring that the Inside Sales team is managing customer expectations through timely quotes, order entry and top-notch customer service. Leads by example and personal achievement and is willing to demonstrate a highly effective selling skill as their leadership style. Responsible for measurable results including increased customer service, increased win-rate, prospecting, and high customer retention.

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
A growing precision machining and manufacturing company is looking for a high-energy Sales Professional who delivers sales results. You have a record of performance, and you have a trail of deals to prove it. You’ll have a strong knowledge of metals and machined components used in such applications as pumps, valves, hydraulics, instrumentation, commercial aerospace and/or other similar industry segments. Education: | Four year degree in business or engineering or equivalent world experience (preferable) |
Experience: | Proficient knowledge of properties and typical applications for metal alloys including: aluminum, stainless, alloy, carbon and tool steel, and titanium. Three to five years in manufacturing environments. |
Computer: | Proficiency with ERP systems, production control templates, PC software including MS Office suite, databases, and communications capabilities from texting to twitter to blogs |
