This Privacy Policy for California Residents supplements the information contained in Tool Components, Inc., doing business as TCI Precision Metals (“TCI” or “Company”) General Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you").

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors (i.e., persons younger than 18 years of age). If you learn we have collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete that information.

Use of Personal Information

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete related to your personal information.
You (or your authorized agent) may submit a request to know twice within a 12-month period (while there is no corresponding restriction for deletion requests, we reserve the right to refuse such requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive). Once you submit a request, we will verify your identity by matching the information you provided us with the information we have. In certain cases, you may be required to submit a declaration under the penalty of perjury stating that you are the person whose records are subject to the request. We cannot honor your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. TCI does not share personal information with third parties for their one direct marketing purposes.
