From prototyping to production manufacturing, Machine-Ready Blanks save time and improve overall quality.  Flat Blanks are particularly useful as quite often they represent the base plate of the manufactured product.  Starting off with close tolerance materials that are as close as .002 flat and designed to stay that way sets the quality standard for other components added to the build.  Machine-Ready Blanks available in aluminum, stainless steel, and other alloys and can be custom ordered in quantities form one to thousands, with delivery all at once or just-in-time.  Close tolerance Blanks are consistent from one to another, they support automated machining (lights out) and assembly.  Tooling can also be streamlined.   Machine-Ready Blanks arrive ready to go directly from receiving to machining center and are suitable for virtually all 3-,4-, and 5-axis machining applications.  TCI Dovetail Blanks are designed specifically for 5-axis machining; each Blank arrives Machine-Ready with a custom dovetail feature applied to match the brand and model of the dovetail work holding vise to be used.
