TCI Precision Metals offers its machine-ready blanks to eliminate the need for in-house sawing, grinding, flattening, squaring and outside processing of blanks before machining. Each blank is deburred, clean and as close as ±0.0005" to customer specifications dimensionally and as close as ±0.0002" in flatness, squareness and parallelism. According to the company, shops can use the time previously spent in setup and prep for more productive use of CNC machining centers, increasing throughput as much as 25 percent.
