TCI Precision Metals offers custom, precision, machine-ready blanks, eliminating prep work for end users. Using customer-provided data and simulation software, the company has calculated that using the blanks can provide shops with as much as a 25 percent increase in capacity, as it eliminates the time and resources required to prepare machine-ready material to spec from rough stock.
The blanks are grounds and milled to tolerances of ±0.0005 in. dimensionally and 0.0002-in. flatness.
